Microsoft is a staple in every modern day hosuehold in one shape of another, and with this comes reliability, expectations and reality driven data. Xbox being one of these examples. We needed to push and implement a new CMS system to push this technology in a better more data accessible way.
Initial Descovery.
Nucleus Commercial Finance is a middle man between bank and business. Within this the platform initially in place when I joined the company was outdated, clunky and hindered the company as a whole for both existing clients and engaging new ones.
Being able to sell yourself as a company is proving you have the credentials to help manage their assets, but also empowering them to do the same with confidence and ease.
Tacking the basics
We leveraged existing and new incoming data to analyse and decipher what our new platform both should and needed to be. After i conducted a long auditing process of the entire current system, i was able to pinpoint the pain points, the ideology of how to engage a new design and the technology and security behind the system. Something in which as an open banking platform needed to keep a number one priority.
Research.
I tailor made bespoke surveys to gather initial data within microsoft, this was then taken through to team leads, heads of departments where we worked closely to pinpoint where we needed to implement a new CMS platform using AEM.
