citibank banking platform
Citibank are a global name, and with this a global reassurance of security and confidence must marry alongside this. We were tasked with a project to initialise and explore new ways to further improve security, to expose flaws and to rebrand with these exciting new features.
Initial Request.
Research, develop and design a platform to use internally within Citi Bank to hold balance sheets, monetise bank values and allow open banking/ accounting with a wallet cash system, crypto currency system and shares and stocks platform. This was to be used internally to develop for future AI and post release changes to current platforms run by Citi Bank.
Creating the Build.
To be able to create a platform that ran seamlessly internally whilst feeling polished, my overall task was to pool a team to bring assets, system functionality and a clean and user friendly product to define the current Citi Bank design language.
Simplified.
Simplified tasks, user research and focus groups helped us collate this information and allowed me to push a design forward piece by piece to this final end product.
